JimiMac Bespoke is unable to accept returns on garments that have been damaged, worn, or on garments that have been altered or tailored without notification to JimiMac Bespoke and a written agreement in place.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
In the unlikely event, the fit of your custom suit, jacket, shirt, trouser, or vest isn’t to your satisfaction, we are happy to provide the following options for alterations:- Contact your WoW Maker, and s/he will make the necessary arrangements
- Alternatively, visit your local tailor and email JimiMac Bespoke a clear photo of the receipt. We will provide you with a credit toward a future purchase or a reimbursement of up to $75.
